Construction Update
After months of planning and negotiating with contractors and attending countless meetings, we began the build out of our new store in mid October.
Since the building we are housed in is already complete, the time needed to open the store will be streamlined considerably. Actually, it’s now almost down to a point of counting weeks rather than months. While construction won’t be completed in the near term, you can definitely count on being able to fill your pantry and refrigerator with fresh foods and staples no later than January.
What’s in store for you? Well Madison, we believe that you are going to love what we have in store for you. Here is a sample of what you can expect:
* Fresh hot and cold meals, ready-to-go
* Fresh fruits and vegetables, many locally grown when available
* Ready-to-cook USDA Choice grain-fed beef, government inspected pork, and cage-free poultry entrees
* A wide selection of Wisconsin produced food products
* A large old world deli and bakery
* A sushi bar (made fresh daily in our store)
* An extensive selection of wine and beer
* Plenty of Wisconsin cheese as well as many other cheeses from around the world
* A large collection of organic produce, frozen and dairy products, as well as dry grocery items
* Lots of selection for those customers who choose to keep a vegetarian or vegan diet
* One of Madison’s best selections of gluten-free, and dairy-free product offerings
