Welcome to our new site! We have added features to make your shopping and online experience with us even easier! Our most exciting change to the website is that we have added ONLINE SHOPPING! You can now shop our inventory online and we’ll deliver your groceries straight to your house! Or, take advantage of our SHOP & STOP option — you order and pay online, drive up to our entrance on Lake Street and we’ll deliver your groceries to your car..no need to even get out!
We have added a new recipe database as well as a place for you to keep current on our specials! Our new recipe database offers 1,000s of great recipes that are easy and affordable.
Keep current on the happenings and community events Fresh Madison Market is involved in by seeing all of our press releases and event announcements now featured on the site. You can also peruse our department offerings, meet our department managers and check out the brands we carry in store by linking to the manufacturer’s sites just by clicking on their name.
We still make it convenient for you to contact us and we encourage you to do so! Fill out our survey and give us your feedback…we love to hear your ideas, suggestions and comments. Enjoy the new website!

Online Shopping

In case you haven’t heard or seen, we now offer online shopping! We’re so excited to bring you this feature and hope that it helps make your life less hectic and your shopping experience with us hassle-free!
Online shopping is so easy…just go to our “Online Shopping” tab, set up an account and start shopping! You’ll find the same products that are in our store, at the same low prices! After you place your order and pay online, we will deliver your groceries within two hours after we receive your order. You can do your shopping online up to 7 days in advance of when you want your groceries delivered.
In addition to online shopping, we are also offering our exclusive Shop N Stop feature! You order your groceries online and rather than having us deliver your order to your home, you just call us five minutes before you arrive at our store, pull up to our entrance on Lake Street, and one of our store employees will bring out your order and load them into your car!
In case you find yourself, or know of someone, without computer access, you can call our toll free number, 1-877-933-3003. A customer service representative will help take your order and payment, and we’ll deliver just as we would if you placed your order online!
(Phone orders available 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday)
