OUR “SILVER TRAY AWARD” – Best Entree at the Circus of Chefs Gala

Congrats to our Executive Chef, Greg Smart (right) and Sous Chef Andy Nighbor who took home a “Silver Tray Award” from the Circus of Chefs Gala on Sunday. A fundraiser benefiting Circus World in Baraboo, thirty three chefs, vintners and brewmasters from South Central Wisconsin participated. Six “Silver Tray Awards” were given out in the following categories: appetizer, entree, beer, wine, dessert and display.
