Cooking Classes Now in Session!

We are excited to announce an upcoming schedule of cooking classes taught by our very own Chef Andy! The classes are planned to be fun, interactive and full of great food and drinks. The goal of the classes is to show you how fun and easy cooking can be!
We kicked off the schedule on Tuesday night with a Valentine’s Day Demo Cooking Class. Couples were treated to a three course meal complete with wine and gift bags. Our second floor event room was transformed into a restaurant setting that featured tables for two. VIP seating was also available right in front of the cooktop.
Guests dined on a shrimp salsa appetizer, a salad with a balsamic dressing and a wedge of Hook’s Blue Cheese before being served their entree. The main course consisted of a grilled, seared tenderloin which was finished off in the oven and then drizzled with a demi glaze sauce. It was served with roasted asparagus and a crab risotto. The final course was a decadent, creamy creme brulee! All courses were served with red or white wine.
Chef Andy took the guests step-by-step through the menu and showed how easy it can be to create a delicious meal. The night ended with some mingling and a gift bag for each couple.

It’s our 2nd Anniversary!

It’s hard to believe we have been open 2 years already! We have learned a lot over the last two years but most of all, our greatest joy has been YOU, our customer! To help celebrate the past two years and having you as our customer, we are giving away great prizes AND holding our 1st Annual Craft Beer and Food Expo this week!

On our website, you can enter to win a 42″ Vizio LCD HDTV! Look for the “Win a TV” graphic, click on it and enter your info. In the store, we are giving away a BBQ grill! Look for the beer display in the front of the store and drop in your entry blank!
All winners will be chosen on Monday and announced on Tuesday!
Mark your calendars to come to our 1st Annual Craft Beer and Food Expo on Thursday, 2/9 from 5-7p. Admission is free. You will be able to sample some of the best craft beers on the market, sample some great food that pairs well with each beer, enter a sweepstakes for a FMM gift card and more! It’s going to be fun!
