Whenever possible, we hire local talent and sell local produce and other Madison and Wisconsin based products.

We are committed to buying from local producers whose fruits and vegetables meet our high quality standards – particularly those who farm organically and are, themselves, dedicated to environmentally friendly, sustainable agriculture.
It doesn’t stop with produce, though. Wisconsin is the dairy capital of America and we will be supporting local artisan cheese makers and dairies as well as coffee roasters, bakeries, and more.
