Wine Walk 2012
March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction – We prepared Bison Tenderloin with rosemary demi, potato gratin and chocolate flourless torte with whipped cream and raspberry coulis.
Chazen Museum of Art – Andy Warhol Exhibit- Our bakery whipped up this a replica cake of the iconic Campbell Soup Can for the Andy Warhol Exhibit earlier this year.
Boy’s and Girl’s Club “Rise and Shine” Breakfast - We supplied breakfast for this annual event for over 200 attendees!
Cupcake Wedding – Over 600 cupcakes were baked, decorated and displayed for a wedding!
Circus of Chefs – Circus World Fundraiser, June, 2011 Our in-house chefs competed against over 30 regional chefs, vintners and brewmasters for a coveted “Silver Tray” Award. We won a Silver Tray for the Best Entree! The winning dish was a stuffed lobster tenderloin topped with a crabby hollandaise sauce.

Catering Event serving 70 people at a private residence
Kid’s Day at the Kohl Center – Friday, October 29, 2011 We set up a booth where kids could decorate their own mini cupcakes with various candy toppings. Our customer service manager, Karen DeSanto, made wacky balloon creations for everyone! Even some Badgers stopped by for cupcakes and fun! We had a great time and hope all the kids did too!
