Cheez-It Meatloaf Recipe

2 lb. ground beef ($2.99 /lb. of 85% Lean Ground Chuck, this week at Fresh Madison)
1 c. Cheez-It crackers, crushed (1 box FREE with a $20 purchase, this week at Fresh)
2 large eggs
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, crushed Cheez-Its, eggs and onion soup mix. Use your hands to knead together until thoroughly combined.
- Place the beef mixture in a greased loaf pan and bake until the meat has browned and pulled away from the edges of the pan, about 40 minutes. Top with cheese and broil until melted, about 5 minutes.
