Peanut Butter Stuffed Apples Recipe

3 apples, halved (Honeycrisp Apples are $1.49 per lb. this week)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. creamy peanut butter (Free 28 oz. jar with a $15 purchase this week)
1/4 c. chopped Reese's Pieces
2/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted (3 for $8 Nestle Baking Chips this week)
- Preheat oven to 375°. Using a melon baller, core the apples. Place apples in a shallow baking dish and brush with melted butter. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove apples from oven and add a large scoop of peanut butter to the well in each apple. Bake for another 15 minutes. Garnish with Reese’s Pieces and a drizzle of melted chocolate. Serve.
