Shrimp Salad Recipe
Open Acres cooked shrimp is great just as it is with some lemon and cocktail sauce. But for something different, try this easy shrimp salad that you can have ready in just 15 minutes!
Here’s all you’ll need:
1 lb. Open Acres cooked shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. shrimp seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups peeled, chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Cut cooked shrimp into bite-size pieces.
Next, make dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, shrimp seasoning and pepper.
In a large bowl combine shrimp, tomatoes, celery, and onion. Once combined, cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
After it’s chilled spoon shrimp on bed of lettuce leaves and enjoy!
